We read it properly

We check the diary
If you gave us a date, we check whether the kitchen is free that week, and how many other jobs sit either side of it. That mostly decides whether we can say yes.
You get a reply
Usually a range price plus one or two questions that only you can answer. If it is a straightforward job we sometimes skip straight to a fixed quote.

Most of our week is weddings and corporate orders, and both pages answer the questions people ask in their first email. Fifteen minutes on those two pages often saves a back-and-forth exchange.
